Cleaning Berber not a Problem for Eco Clean

Berber carpet is difficult for many carpet cleaners to successfully clean. The difficulty is partly in the construction and the fiber itself. Since the fiber curves over on itself, it must be cleaned with more water pressure and perhaps some mechanical agitation. However, since the fiber is usually made of polypropylene moisture goes right through the face of the fiber and into the backing. If the equipment being used doesn’t have sufficient suction the fiber will remain wet and will possibly wick soil from the backing. Eco Clean attended the Green Expo in Boise Idaho on July 17-19. Jarrod and Allison Clymer, owners of Eco Clean Idaho, explained the benefits of natural carpet and upholstery cleaning to over 400 people in three days.
